Our strategy balances global structure with local adaptability. In emerging markets, flexibility is essential, with regional payments, tailored content, and solutions that evolve with regulation. In established markets, priorities focus on compliance, uptime, and resilience, supported by our 99.97% uptime and modular architecture.
Also, regional expertise and cross market collaboration allow us to consolidate effectively while staying responsive to local conditions.

3. You highlight speed and service as pillars of your platform. Could you tell us how these advantages translate into concrete advantages for operators?
We enable operators to launch seamlessly, with ready-made templates like El Crypto or Tropicana, or fully bespoke designs, and with advanced promotional tools. This helps brands seize every opportunity without delay.
Speed means acting on real time insights. Our Back Office and iGP Pulse dashboards give operators the ability to monitor performance, adjust campaigns, and resolve issues instantly.

4. iGP has integrated the cryptocurrency gaming experience as one of its priorities. What do you think will be the role of digital assets in the future of iGaming?
For many, crypto is part of daily financial life, and in iGaming it will enhance accessibility, loyalty, and global reach.
Our crypto solution reflects this future, offering seamless FIAT to crypto wallet transitions, automatic wallet creation, and bonus compatibility. Features like live tickers, two factor authentication, and privacy focused journeys appeal to high value players.

5. You talk about “localization with intelligence” and offering unforgettable experiences. How do you work with data analytics to adapt your solutions to the needs of each operator and player?
Localisation is most effective when driven by data. Our dashboards and reporting suite provide real time intelligence and front-end data across casino, sportsbook, payments, and campaigns. Operators can use this to tailor offers, optimise lobbies, and design promotions that reflect regional patterns.
Our CMS then makes these insights actionable, giving operators full content control, from banners and menus to game lobbies and payment methods. They can adapt sites by region with translations, currencies, compliance messaging, and geo targeted restrictions, while maintaining brand consistency. Predefined layouts for landing pages and promotions streamline updates, and automated features such as slider expirations ensure content remains timely.
